Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further her studies. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed the first six years of competition to get her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel competed with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to the actual exercise. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
